Return & Exchange Policy

Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all shipping charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $80 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.

Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged shipping both ways on refused shipments. If a cancelation is requested mid shipment, a $25.00 dollar intercept fee will be applied, as this charge is charged to Discounttires.com.

In addition, if tires are returned due to incorrect ordering and or, a return request, a $35.00 dollar call tag fee will be applied to the shipping.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order.

NO tires will be refunded if the manufacturer labels have been removed, and or, the tires have been mounted on wheels!
Discounttires.com does not accept any returns after 30 Days of Purchase.

If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact The DiscountTires.com Customer Service Department at 1-877-382-2007. In most cases, we do require 3 photos of the damaged product, to take the correct course of action. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to DiscountTires.Com

We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Most warranties require that a customer contact the manufacturer directly and obtain a claim number. They also require that the customer go to an authorized dealer, specializing in that product, to fulfill the inspection process. Based on these findings, Discounttires.com will honor the manufacturer’s request of compliance and or discount. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

TIRES ONLY

• Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
• Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and DiscountTires.com's address.
• Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.

Discounttires.com does require a signature upon delivery, there is no exceptions.

A Discounttires.com refund is in United States dollars and cents. Discounttires.com assumes no responsibility in the volatile fluctuation amongst currencies and is not responsible upon refund for any such discrepancies due to currency differentiations.

If an item is damaged or missing from an order and/or an item is shipped incorrectly, duties and taxes will not be charged upon re-shipment. Please call for a Return Authorization Number and more information on return shipments.

However, if an order is ordered incorrectly and or refused for reasons other than items damaged, missing, or shipped incorrectly, the following will be applied; a $35.00 call tag fee, plus the duties and taxes to return the product. These fees will be deducted from the subtotal of products purchased.

All Canadian refunds can take up to 30 days upon requesting an authorization for return. The refund will be applied to the original purchaser’s credit card.
