Return for Refund
Credit amount will be calculated as follows:
TIRES: Credit less all freight charges incurred.
WHEELS: Credit less all freight charges incurred. Wheels cannot have had tires mounted; please test fit wheels prior to mounting tires.
WHEEL & TIRE PACKAGE: Credit less $80 labor charge for dismount and less all freight charges incurred.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: Special order items are not returnable.
Orders shipped via Federal Express or UPS are charged freight both ways on refused shipments.
Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order. If payment received was cash or check, we will refund by check to the billing address.
NO tires will be refunded if the manufacturer labels have been removed, and or, the tires have been mounted on wheels!
Shipping and Damage Claims
If your shipment has arrived damaged, please contact The Discount Tires.Com Service Department at 1-877-382-2007. We will report the damage to the shipper and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repackaged in the original packing for return. The shipper will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to DiscountTires.Com
Manufacturer's Warranties
The manufacturer extended to the purchaser sells merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty with the warranty. We will be happy to assist in obtaining fulfillment of a manufacturer's warranty. Other than applicable manufacturers' warranties, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Return Check List
TIRES ONLY
- Call Customer Service at 1-877-382-2007 for a Return Authorization Number.
- Original strapping should be completely intact. (If not, ship tires individually. Do not tape together.)
- Each tire (even when strapped to another tire) should be clearly labeled with your return address and DiscountTires.com's address.
- Packing slip with Return Authorization Number should be taped securely on tire.
